Facebook Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is a security feature that requires individuals to enter a special security code each time they
try to access Facebook from a browser or mobile device that we don’t recognise.

Two-factor authentication helps to ensure that only authorised users can access your business accounts on Facebook. If
admins or users of these Business Managers don’t turn on two-factor authentication, facebook may restrict or remove their
access to advertising, remove their permission to manage or edit their shop or remove the account’s payment method.

People who haven’t set up two-factor authentication won’t be able to access your Business Manager until they turn on
two-factor authentication for their personal Facebook account.

Note: Individuals must set up two-factor authentication from their personal Facebook account.
