Kenneth Okonkwo reacts to National Broadcast, “I’m Surprised that he blamed few powerful rich people for our problem”

Nollywood actor and Labor Part (LP) chieftain, Kenneth Okonkwo has reacted to National Broadcast by President Tinubu on the current economic challenge in the country.

On his instagram handle on Monday, he expressed his disappointment on President Tinubu speech.

He noted that he was surprised that Tinubu will blame a few rich and powerful people for the current economic problem except himself.

According to him, the president also failed to initiate urgent methods to fix the country’s refineries to stop 100% importation of refined petroleum, which is the greatest destroyer of foreign exchange.

He tweeted, “Just listened to the leader of APC’s broadcast and heard him blaming every other person, except himself, for Nigeria’s woes. Surprise that he blamed few powerful rich people for our problem. I will agree with him if he will agree that he is the leader of the few powerful rich people plaguing us.”

“He confessed that he has no solution to the current economic hardship as according to him, there’s none. He failed to initiate urgent methods to fix our refineries to stop 100% importation of refined petroleum which is the greatest destroyer of our foreign exchange.”

“Giving loans and expecting payback within one year in a depressed economy can only be possible with traders of hard drugs. What a missed opportunity! This is really renewed hopelessness.”
