Nigerian lady identified as Lara Joseph has made her intentions known in the support of the Labour party candidate, Peter Obi.
The young lady on her Instagram handle disclosed her uncle’s personal reasons for not going into politics. He said noting that he didn’t want to stain his reputation.
She further said that her uncle is a full supporter of peter Obi from the beginning. She also said that Nigerians are tired of suffering and deserves a better government and Peter obi is the solution for a better Nigeria.
She wrote, “When my Uncle was asked to be the governor of Enugu state, he refused when he was asked to join the house of senate, he refused. When he was asked to be running mate for the position of the VP, he still refused and they gave Okowa. He refused, not because he wasn’t qualified, or had the backing of political gods, he refused because he doesn’t want to taint his reputation. He refused to be a Labrador for anybody. Today he stands 100% with Peter Obi and has been doing so from Day one. Nigeria deserves a better government. We are tired, frustrated, and angry. Peter Obi is a movement and the topic sentence is justice and fairness!”
